What do I need in order to rent gear?
In order to make a reservation we need: height, weight, age, shoe size and ski level of every single person.
I reserved skis, are skipoles included?
Yes, skipoles are always included with the skis.
How do you choose the length of the skis?
We choose the ski length depending the range and type of ski, your ski level and the snow conditions.
I booked my ski gear, do I need to show a document in the shop?
When we received your order, we sent you a conformation email with your order details. Please bring this to the shop.
Can I pay my rented meterial with holiday vouchers?
Yes, we accept ANCV holiday vouchers.
